Linda disappeared the night of January 21, 1992. She had left her residence on foot and was last seen on Oakdale Road in the city of Waynesville. Linda’s body was recovered on February 03, 1992 in the White Oak community of Haywood County, about 30 minutes from Waynesville. Linda’s murder remains unsolved. The family is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of the person(s) responsible for Linda’s murder. Family of the victim and the police are pleading to the public for assistance in solving this horrendous crime.
